Our reference Premium prices are €6.99 monthly and €59.99 yearly, including both linked parents. We can show an estimate in your local currency to help you compare. Your app store confirms the actual local price and terms before you subscribe. An exchange-rate estimate is not a checkout price.
How we choose a currency
When you reach the Plans section, your browser contacts Country to estimate your country from your network IP address. We request only a country result, not your city or precise location, and do not ask for access to your device's GPS. You can choose a different currency in the selector. Travel, VPNs and network routing can affect the initial suggestion.
How we convert the price
For a currency other than euros, your browser asks Frankfurter for a euro exchange rate. The estimate includes the rate's date. If a usable recent rate is unavailable, we show euro prices instead. Store price points, local taxes and rounding can make the actual subscription price different.
What is sent and kept
As with other web requests, these services receive your network IP address and normal request information. The converter sends no account details, pregnancy information, baby records or payment information. Requests omit credentials and the referring page address. The converter does not save IP addresses, country results or currency choices in cookies or browser storage.
Country's documentation says it does not log requests. Frankfurter's documentation says it does not collect or log personal data, IP addresses or request URLs; its public service uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection. These services operate independently of Twin Hearts.
When you contact us
The contact form sends your email address, your message and your name (if you provide it) to hello@twin-hearts.com so we can respond. Please avoid including sensitive health information. We check the address format and look up the domain's public mail records; we do not send a verification email or confirm that you own the inbox.
Our website and email hosting providers process the enquiry to deliver it. To limit spam, the form stores a one-way digest of your network IP address with request timestamps in a private file on our server, separate from your message. Entries count toward a one-hour limit and are removed during later submissions once expired. Enquiries and replies remain in our email correspondence; contact us if you would like yours deleted.
The app and your records
This note covers the website's currency converter and contact form. The app privacy policy describes accounts, pregnancy and baby records, AI features and app usage statistics. There are no ads on either the free or Premium plan.
